I wanted to know what it felt like to have no body

I closed my eyes and floated through nothingness

  Weightless

 Still

 Peace

      Everything and nothing

But my body was heavy

I went to nature to escape

But nature knew better

She taught me that the answer was in my body

I tried to escape but came home to myself

In that moment life poured through me

The highest highs and the lowest lows

The pendulum swung

My flesh

My leaves

My roots

My blood

My air

My plants

My soil

My love

Because I am not just a body of flesh

I am the body of earth

I am the channel that connects it all

Up to the sky

Down to the earth

The boundless love of my being expands, intertwined amongst the networks of life

We levitate and descend all at once
